BISHOP GRIMES PARENT ORGANIZATION (BGPO)
The Bishop Grimes Board of Trustees is proud to announce the relaunch of the Bishop Grimes Parent Organization (BGPO). The BGPO serves as the organizing agent of parents of Bishop Grimes students to support the organization’s efforts through volunteerism. The membership’s primary focus is the engagement of the parental population to support enrollment, fundraising, and community service efforts. The President of the BGPO serves as the parent representative to the Board of Trustees and attends all Board meetings.
A vibrant BGPO is critical to the future success of Bishop Grimes. Parental involvement in their child’s school is linked to higher rates of school attendance, graduation, and the pursuit of higher education. Parental involvement comes in different forms. Contributing time and talent in a way that works best for the parent reaps the most benefit for the child and the school. Please consider getting involved!
